By the way, I’m not exaggerating. I don’t even *attempt* to make anything else! This is a “recipe” that we have been making for years, and it’s become something our friends & family look forward to at the end of dinner, because they know it’s coming. This dish is no bake, no fuss and you can keep all of the ingredients on hand to whip out at any point! It’s delicious, and something everyone will rave about.
Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream – left at room temperature for 10 minutes
- Crumbled Biscoff Cookies or Gingersnaps
- “Very Sweet Sherry” – I’m using Lustau Pedro Ximenez San Emilio Amarena Cherries
- Mint spring for when you want to look boujee optional
