Upon booking, the payer acknowledges and agrees that 50% of the total on this invoice is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a 50% refund in the form of original payment or a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to orders@cheesegal.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. If canceling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
