Can I place a same day order?
Currently, you cannot place a same-day order on our website, but we will always try to accomodate if we are able! Email us at Orders@CheeseGal.com to see if we can. Also, our shop carries limited Grab N Go cheese boxes, so come stop by and see what we have available. 

Can I place my board in the
refrigerator overnight?

Though we have many clients who do this with no complaints, it is always best to consume our boards day of to ensure they’re in prime condition and maintain optimal freshness. If you intend to do this, kindly let us know so we can wrap up your order accordingly!

Do you have any pickup locations for your boards/boxes?
Yes! We have a storefront located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, at the beautiful Fairlane Hotel.

Do you deliver outside of Nashville?
We deliver to directly surrounding areas of Nashville, only. If you have questions about your delivery location, please feel free to send us an email.

How does delivery work?
The delivery window Tuesday-Saturday is from 12 - 4 PM, unless otherwise specified. Our driver will contact you at the number you provide to let you know their ETA and again when your order is on the door step. Please also let us know any delivery instructions.

I have to cancel my order at the last minute, can I get a refund?
Because our planning process for each order begins 7 days out, unfortunately, we cannot give full refunds, as perishable food/product by this point has already been purchased. However,
if you are canceling more than 7 days from your delivery date, we will gladly offer a 50% refund, or a full credit up to 2 days prior to your booked date. If within a 48 hour period of your order date, no credit or issues will be given. 

I have an allergy, can you accommodate that?
Please let us know any and all food allergies when you order! We can totally accommodate, however, we cannot promise cross-contamination, due to the kitchen space we work out of. 

Are you insured?
Absolutely. We have all necessary licenses and insurance to be
in operation.

Does my order come on a
wooden board?

Our Small and Medium boards come on eco-friendly, disposable trays. Large and XL Boards come on a reusable,
wooden tray.

Yes! We are opening our first brick + mortar this fall, inside of the beautiful Fairlane Hotel in downtown Nashville. Until we are open for walk in, we offer curbside pickup for all orders.

Please know, that when you book your order 50% is non-refundable. We totally understand that things come up, and life happens (2020, I'M TALKING TO YOU.) However, because our planning process for each order begins 7-10 days out, unfortunately, we cannot give full refunds, as perishable food/product by this point has already been purchased. If you are canceling more than 7 days from your delivery date, we will gladly offer a 50% refund in the form of your original payment, or we can issue you a full credit to use at another time. If canceling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.  

I have an allergy, can you accommodate that?
We can definitely accommodate, however, cannot promise that cross-contamination will not occur even though we are super cautious. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in the box at checkout.
