Mix melted butter with seasonings and lime juice, then season to taste with salt
After shucking corn, rub it down with salted butter before throwing it on the grill
Grill for about 15 minutes until nicely charred
Baste with chili lime butter, reserving some for drizzling after
Grill for a few more minutes, then take off the heat and baste with the remaining butter on top
Garnish with cilantro if desired
