Ingredients
  

  • 4 corn on the cob shucked
  • 1 stick of salted butter melted, plus more for rubbing on corn 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tsp chile powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt if needed, Cilantro, for garnishing, optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix melted butter with seasonings and lime juice, then season to taste with salt
  • After shucking corn, rub it down with salted butter before throwing it on the grill
  • Grill for about 15 minutes until nicely charred
  • Baste with chili lime butter, reserving some for drizzling after
  • Grill for a few more minutes, then take off the heat and baste with the remaining butter on top
  • Garnish with cilantro if desired
