CARA CARA ORANGE MARGARITA

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Dos Primos Reposado Tequila
  • Half of a cara cara orange plus the zest
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice plus the zest
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1 ounce honey
  • Sugar for the rim

Instructions
 

  • Rim the glass with a mixture of sugar and orange + lime zest, then set aside
  • Muddle half of the Cara Cara orange with lemon + lime juice and honey
  • Pour in the Reposado and orange liqueur with ice and shake well
  • Strain and pour into prepared glass, and garnish with a Cara Cara wedge
