Pomegranate + Rosemary Martini

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 ounces Dry Gin, I used monkey 47
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 3/4 fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Method

  1. Make the rosemary simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and water, bringing it to a simmer in a small pot until sugar is dissolved and take off of the heat
  2. Throw a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in and place the lid on to steep for 30 minutes
  3. After this - You can store it in an airtight container for a week in the fridge - so can make ahead of time
  4. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake like it’ll save your life
  5. Pour into your glass, and garnish with a rosemary sprig
