Preheat the oven to 350, and place the Feta block in the middle of a baking-safe dish, set aside
In a small bowl, mix artichokes, tomatoes, EVOO, Bamba sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Spoon over the feta, making sure that the majority of the tomato + artichoke mixture is not on the feta
Pour any remaining oil from the mixture over the top of feta. Sprinkle with another dash of salt, pepper and add in fresh thyme
Pop the baking dish into the oven for 35-40 minutes.
I like to broil for 2 minutes (WATCH CAREFULLY!!!!) or so for some added color
Remove from the oven and serve with baguette slices or crackers
