White Truffle Potato Chip Nachos

Ingredients

  • Truffle Potato Chips, I’m using the white truffle from TJ’s
  • Gruyère Cheese, grated
  • Minced Chives
  • Creme Fraîche

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spread potato chips on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, grate cheese on top of the chips, and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted
  3. Take out of the oven, and drizzle Creme Fraîche
  4. Sprinkled minced chives over the nachos and eat immediately while watching “Autumn in New York.”
  5. If it wasn’t 2:30 pm on a Monday I would also pair it with a glass of Pinot Gris
