How fun is this? I decided to make my viral crispy baked boursin and give it a little festive flare. I will say I have a few key learnings, lol. The first being- choose cookie cutters that aren’t too small and that aren’t too intricate. The snowflake, candy cane and gingerbread man were the most successful, while my Christmas tree.. looks like a triangle. ? the other most important note is once you cut out the boursin, LEAVE it in the cookie cutter and place into the freezer for 20 minutes. That helps it hold shape. Everything else is the same. You can have a lot of (delicious) fun with this! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
Boursin
Panko Bread Crumbs seasoned with salt + pepper
Beaten egg
Flour
Spicy Honey
Chopped rosemary
Cookie cutters

DIRECTIONS:
First preheat the oven to 410 degrees. Wrap the pucks of boursin in Saran Wrap, and make a ball with your hands. Then flatten on parchment paper, smoothing out with your hands. You want the boursin the be about 3/4’s the depth of whatever cookie cutter you’re using. Keep the boursin inside of the cookie cutters and place into the freezer for 20 minutes to help it hold its shape. Take out of the freezer and very carefully pop the boursin out of the cookie cutters. Dredge in flour, then in the beaten egg then in Panko. Place into a baking sheet and let bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy and browned. If needed, broil for another minute or two. When done baking, take out and drizzle with spicy honey and garnish with finely chopped rosemary. serve immediately!
