BILL’s OLIVE DIP ?
Olive Lovers – this is for us! My father in law, Bill, made this last summer AND I COULD NOT STOP EATING IT. It doesn’t get easier or more delicious than this. Thanks, Bill! We love ya ??
INGREDIENTS:
9 ounce jar green pimento olives, diced
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive brine from jar of olives
DIRECTIONS:
Stir everything together in a bowl. Then cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Garnish with a few whole olives and serve with your favorite crackers.
