A cocktail that’s almost too pretty to drink…emphasis on almost.

This cocktail is made for gorgeous summer garden cocktail moments. The star of the show is Empress Indigo Gin! It’s crafted with eight botanicals and butterfly pea blossom, giving it that deep indigo hue that shifts into soft pinks and purples when the citrus hits. It’s floral, smooth, and just feels right sitting among the roses (and hydrangeas!)
Ingredients
- 2 oz Empress Gin (or whatever you have on hand!)
- 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz St Germain
Method
- Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Strain into a coupe, and enjoy in the garden.
