Sweet, salty, creamy… say less.

I have a theory: every really good happy hour starts with one bite that makes everyone stop mid-conversation and go, “…wait, what is this?”
This is that bite.
Creamy goat cheese, salty prosciutto, a drizzle of honey, fresh lemon zest, cracked black pepper, all piled onto a Raincoast Crisp that somehow manages to hold everything together without falling apart in your lap. (A true team player.) It’s sweet, salty, crunchy, creamy, bright… basically checking every box we want a snack to check.
I love this one because it requires exactly zero cooking but still feels like you have your act together. Keep a box of Raincoast Crisps in the pantry, goat cheese in the fridge, and prosciutto on hand, and you’re about five minutes away from a very respectable happy hour.
Pour yourself a crisp Sauvignon Blanc—it’s basically begging for one—and call it dinner. Or an appetizer. Or a little Monday celebration because you survived another day. I don’t make the rules… actually, I kind of do.
The Bite + Perfect Pairing:
- Raincoast Fruit Crisp (or Fig + Olive Cracker from Trader Joe’s is great, too.)
- Schmear of Goat Cheese
- Ribbon of prosciutto
- Lemon Zest
- Drizzle of honey
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Paired with a crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc…and your fave Real Housewives episode
