Hot Honey Mustard Ham + Cheese Croissant Sliders

Share:

Breakfast, Cocktails

My goal every year for hosting Easter Brunch is simple: feed a crowd, but keep it easy and make it delicious. I’m always going to think about Easter being synonymous with ham (I don’t know why lol,) so I decided to make these absolutely fabulous ham croissant sliders that are slathered in a hot honey mustard butter with melty cheese. Naturally, I’ve got a drink pairing for you as well!

As always the ?? ingredients ?? matter ??, especially when the ingredient is the star of the show. Both Four Roses and Kentucky Legend have over 100 years of crafting high quality premium products, and are incredible at what they do. If you haven’t tried @Kentucky_Legend ‘s Baked Honey Smoked Ham… you’ve gotta asap. Premium quality, pre-cooked, pre-sliced and so dang good-Highly recommend! The same goes for the bourbon in our bourbon aperol spritzes. I’m using one of my husband’s personal faves @FourRosesBourbon Small Batch and it pairs perfectly with our ham sliders.

@chzgal

My fam ate these in approximately .5 seconds btw, lol . Recipe below – INGREDIENTS: 6-8 Croissants Baked Honey Smoked Ham 1 stick of butter 1 tbsp hot honey 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp whole grain mustard 1 tbsp Brown sugar 1 tbsp poppy seeds, optional 12 Slices of Cheddar DIRECTIONS: First, cut croissants in half. Then spread whole grain mustard inside of the croissant. Layer the ham slices with the cheese slices, then repeating again. Close the croissants and place onto a greased baking sheet or baking dish. Whisk together melted butter, hot honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and poppy seeds then slather on the tops of the croissants. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 min at 350, until cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake for a few more minutes, to get the tops nice and toasty – being careful not to burn! BOURBON SPRITZ 2 ounces Bourbon 1 ounce Aperol 3/4 ounce lemon juice 1 ounce Prosecco Club soda #fyp #easter #easterbrunch #brunch #brunchtok #brunchideas #easyrecipe #recipe #recipes #recipesoftiktok #recipesforyou #lunch #lunchtime #lunchideas #easyrecipes

I’ve loved watching everything grow this season. Checking on it every day, getting way too excited when something new pops up and slowly learning what the heck I’m doing along the way 😂 There is truly nothing better than cooking with something you just picked five minutes ago.

A little garden tour, today’s harvest + a very cute @llbean fit for the occasion. #llbeanpartner

“The Pour Room” before + after ✨ What a transform “The Pour Room” before + after ✨

What a transformation!!! Our little room dedicated to all things coffee, tea, wine + cocktails. 🥂☕️ It was beautiful before, but we wanted it to feel more like us and work better for how we actually use the space every day.

We added tons of storage, a custom island that gives us extra space for making drinks and doubles as a serving table when we entertain, and basically obsessed over every tiny detail we possibly could. 😂

Saving all the details here because I already know y’all are going to ask 🤭

✨ THE POUR ROOM DETAILS:

Design: @samanthasteininteriors
Paint color: Farrow & Ball De Nimes
Walls + ceiling: Nickel gap
Built-ins: Custom built-ins for coffee, wine + cocktail storage, plus all of our glassware @ignaciotrimco
Island: Custom-built island that extends for making drinks and doubles as a serving table when we entertain
Picture lights: @rejuvenation Roman Picture Light — Antique Brass, 16.5”
Flushmount fixture: @rejuvenation Rhea Semi-Flushmount — Burnished Antique, 24”
Cabinet knobs: @rejuvenation Massey Round Cabinet Knob — Unlacquered Brass
Drawer pulls: @rejuvenation Massey Drawer Pull — Unlacquered Brass, 10”
Switch plates: @rejuvenation Lewis Collection — Unlacquered Brass

Basically every tiny detail I could possibly obsess over… we did. 😂🥂 And The Pour Room is officially my favorite room in the house.
