Ingredients
  

  • Popcorn
  • Butter: sauté minced garlic in a few pads of butter until fragrant. Then add in the juice + zest of one lemon. Take off the heat and pour into a bowl. Add in freshly minced dill and that’s it.
  • Grated Pecorino
  • Flaky salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make the lemony dill butter, and set aside
  • Make the popcorn either in the microwave or stovetop, and mix it with the garlic butter
  • Add in freshly grated pecorino, season with a little extra flaky salt and pepper
  • Pro tip- if your popcorn seems soggy, pop it on a baking sheet at 300 F for 5-8 minutes!
