Ingredients

  • Popcorn
  • Butter: sauté minced garlic in a few pads of butter until fragrant. Then add in the juice + zest of one lemon. Take off the heat and pour into a bowl. Add in freshly minced dill and that’s it.
  • Grated Pecorino
  • Flaky salt & pepper

Method

  1. Make the lemony dill butter, and set aside
  2. Make the popcorn either in the microwave or stovetop, and mix it with the garlic butter
  3. Add in freshly grated pecorino, season with a little extra flaky salt and pepper
  4. Pro tip- if your popcorn seems soggy, pop it on a baking sheet at 300 F for 5-8 minutes!
