Split the baguette and spread a thin layer of Dijon on both sides
In a bowl, toss the lettuce with half the Caesar dressing, crushed croutons, lemon juice, shaved Parmesan, flaky salt, and black pepper
Layer prosciutto on the bottom half of the baguette, pile the dressed salad on top, then finish with extra grated Parmesan
Add a handful of Parmesan + Garlic chips. Close it up, slice, and serve!
