FRESH AND EASY SALAD DRESSING

Pantry Entertaining: LaCorte House Salad Dressing ✨🥗

Tired of boring, flavorless, straight up lame salad? Welp I’m here to introduce you to our family house salad dressing that is “so good you could eat it with a tire” – to quote my best friend Kelly. 😂

Remember the “Pantry Entertaining” series I started last year? This definitely falls in that category, because every single ingredient is a shelf stable product that you probably have on hand.

Chris has been making this for years now, and it’s a family/friends fave. Oh I forgot to mention- the best part is that it’s vegan! To make it gluten free, just use GF soy sauce and you’re good to go. I’m telling ya’ll… get ready for a salad dressing that will make you actually CRAVE salad. And it’s super healthy.

Remember, always season with a little flaky salt and additional pepper once plated. You’re welcome in advance. 😘

Ingredients:
1 cup EVOO
1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp black pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions:
Using either a handheld immersion blender or a standard blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour over salad and season to taste. Enjoy!

Any recommendations or suggestions for how to make this in badge form? How many days do you think it will last in the refrigerator?

  2. Molly Gallagher says:

Which specific soy sauce do you use for your Lacorte House Dressing, please? I find that if the soy sauce is not right, it throws off the entire thing. Any guidance greatly appreciated?
