THE BEST GARLIC BREAD ? ?
The keyword here: garlic. And lots of it. Lots of garlic, lots of butter, and lots of Parmesan cheese. This recipe is inspired by a New York Times recipe, and I’ve tweaked it just a bit! Char loved this garlic bread so much that she could single-handedly eat this entire thing, no doubt ? Ok, here you go!
Ingredients:
1 rustic loaf
12 tbsp of room temp salted butter (roughly 1 1/2 sticks)
10 cloves of garlic, minced (I use garlic press)
1 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
1 tsp kosher salt
Black pepper
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut loaf in half using a serrated knife. Then mix together butter, garlic, pepper, parsley, Italian, salt, granulated garlic and 1/2 of the Parmesan. Spread evenly across both loaves. Top with remaining Parmesan and bake for roughly 20 minutes, or until bubbly and brown. Top with more Parmesan and chopped parsley. Slice and serve immediately!
