PROSCIUTTO SLIDERS with HONEY HERB BUTTER✨

Game Day snacks just got easier and more delicious. These are my “throw it all together” sliders that honestly can be changed up to your liking. I made sort of an Italian style slider – and piled that prosciutto HIGH. The honey herb butter takes it over the top! Enjoy! Full video on my YouTube channel under “Pantry Entertaning Apps!”

INGREDIENTS:
Hawaiin rolls
Dijon or Whole Grain Mustard
9-10 oz Prosciutto
Sliced Sun dried tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Sliced Mozzarella
6 oz Shredded mozzarella
3 tbsp grated parmasean

FOR THE HONEY HERB BUTTER:
1 stick melted or room temp Butter
5 Garlic cloves minced
Spicy Honey
1 tbsp Italian seasonings
Pinch of Maldon salt
Pinch of red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350. Slice Hawaiin roll sheet in half, keeping top and bottom completely intact. Carefully remove the top and set aside. On the bottom, slather on mustard, prosciutto, tomatoes, basil and cheeses. Place top back on. Combine all ingredients for the herb honey butter and baste on. Cover the rolls with foil, bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15, keeping a close eye not to burn. Take out and serve! They’re DELISH!
