WINTER COSMO

RECIPE 7 of my THANKSGIVING MENU SERIES: WINTER COSMO❄️🍸

We’re gonna start with a little warning: these are dangerously good. I’m using that cranberry rosemary simple syrup for the 100th time, so hopefully you’ve taken a hint that you need to make a batch of that. 🤣 This cosmo is really light and full of citrus – I use both lemon and lime juice, and it’s delish. I wanted to give the rim a little something festive, so I added like zest as well.
This is absolutely another cocktail that can easily be made into a pitcher. Recipe and notes below!

INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces vodka
2.5 ounces unsweetened pomegranate juice
1 ounce rosemary cran simple syrup
1 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
lime wheel for garnish
Sugar + lime zest for the rim

DIRECTIONS:
Rim your cocktail glass with simple syrup then dip into a sugar + lime zest mixture. Set aside. Pour vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and lemon + lime juice into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake VERY well, and pour into prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wheel!

Notes:
*to make a pitcher, multiply my recipe X however many people you want to serve, then change ounces to cups. Add into a pitcher and stir well.

*to make a mocktail, omit vodka & Cointreau and use either an NA vodka or sparkling water.
