As you know, a cottage cheese bowl is one of my favorite breakfasts, but you can obviously eat this any time of day. If I don’t have it for breakfast, I love it as an afternoon snack to hold me over for dinner. This raspberry version is the perfect blend of sweetness and crunch with my favorite granola from @amandafrederickson / @littleradmarket ). What do you blend with your cottate cheese?

cottage cheese
raspberry jam
lemon zest
granola
walnuts
maple syrup (just a little)
