First, we need to discuss Martini 101: you have to use the good stuff! I recently had a @ChopinVodka martini while in Italy, and fell in love. It is my go to vodka for martinis. For this classic martini with a twist, I used their Family Reserve Vodka, and it is absolutely delicious.

For my snack, I made these salty, tangy Pecorino Potato Chip “Nachos” and it was a match made in perfect pairing heaven.

MARTINI:
3 ounces @ChopinVodka Family Reserve
1 ounce dry vermouth
3 olives + more for snacking
Lemon zest ribbon

POTATO CHIP NACHOS:

Grated pecorino
