SUMMER SANDWICH SERIES: BLT with CHILI CRISP MAYO

Aka: “if I don’t have to take my rings off, I don’t want it” sandwich series. Also could be called “eat this while standing over your sink” sandwich series….the list goes on, lol. I’ve heard from so many of you that seasoning each layer has changed the game, and I have to say, my job here is done.

INGREDIENTS:
Sourdough bread
Tomatoes, sliced
Bacon, pan fried
Lettuce (I prefer romaine)
Mayo
Chili crisp of choice
Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1) Pan fry bacon
2) Sourdough slices toasted in said bacon grease + Mayo.
3) dress chopped romaine lettuce in lemon juice + evoo + flaky salt and pepper
4) heirloom tomato slices also sprinkled with flaky salt + pepper
5) sourdough slices slathered in the chili crisp Mayo (mix together your fave mayo and chili crisp)
6) assemble!
