INGREDIENTS:
10 Medjooled Dates, pitted & cut in half
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Coconut oil
Peppermint Extract
Flaky Salt
DIRECTIONS:
First, put your dates and cut in half. Next, melt chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil in 20 second increments in the microwave, stirring each time to make sure you don’t burn the chocolate. When melted, pour in a teaspoon of peppermint extract, stir, and taste. Add more if desired- I personally end up putting about 2 teaspoons in. Dip dates in the chocolate, place onto a plate with parchment paper and sprinkle flaky salt. Freeze for at least an hour! Enjoy.
