FALL COUCH SNACK + 90’s MOVIE PAIRING : White Truffle Potato Chip Nachos with “Autumn in New York”
This is me ushering in Fall. Give me a movie, a snack, and chilly 50-degree weather – thank you!!
White Truffle Potato Chip Nachos
- Truffle Potato Chips (I’m using the white truffle from TJ’s)
- Gruyère Cheese, grated
- Minced Chives
- Creme Fraîche
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spread potato chips on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, grate cheese on top of the chips, and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted
- Take out of the oven, and drizzle Creme Fraîche
- Sprinkled minced chives over the nachos and eat immediately while watching “Autumn in New York.”
- If it wasn’t 2:30 pm on a Monday I would also pair it with a glass of Pinot Gris
