MAPLE CINNAMON WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE?
INGREDIENTS:
10 ounces fresh chèvre (goat cheese) at room temp
6 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon of good vanilla
1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup plus a drizzle more after plated. (I used Trader Joe’s Maple Butter and it did not disappoint.)
1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon plus more for garnish
Pomegranate seeds
Pear slices
Raisin Rosemary Crisps
Prosciutto
Fig Jam
Fresh Rosemary + Thyme for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Place room temp chèvre + cream cheese into a food processor. Add in cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pulse until you get a smooth, whipped texture. Spoon onto a platter, and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Arrange crackers, fig jam, prosciutto, and pear slices evenly around the platter. Garnish with fresh herbs and pomegranate seeds. Finish by dusting with cinnamon and drizzling maple syrup over the top. There you have it!
