Peach Cosmo ✨🍑

It’s the end of peach season, so this is perfect for those overripe peaches that are sitting on your counter. I present to you, the gorgeous, the talented, the absolute STAR of the show that is this Peach Cosmo. She is everything and more. Ok, so you need the peach simple syrup that we made in the post a few weeks ago. And remember the leftover peach bits I told you to save? Well, we use those babies too and it makes for a really delicious cocktail. You can absolutely make a big batch of this for summer entertaining, as well. Cheers!

Ingredients:
3 ounces vodka
2 ounces Cointreau
1.5 ounces lime juice
.5 ounces peach simple syrup (refer to post before this one)
Half of a medium sized peach (I’m using the leftover peaches strained out from the simple syrup)

Directions:
Rim a cocktail glass with sugar. Then, Muddle the peach with the peach simple syrup. In the same cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and shake shake shake. Strain and pour into prepared glass! Cheers🍑🍸✨
