CINNAMON APPLE SPRITZ ? ?
This cocktail is not only DELISH (my new fave fall cocktail!) but it is perfect for entertaining since you can make in a big batch well beforehand. Pour into glasses before everyone arrives, and once they do, just top off each glass with bubbly so that it’s fresh! Let me know what you think!? ??Ps, this recipe serves 2.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Apple cider
3 ounces vodka
1 ounce lemon juice
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 tbsp maple syrup
Sparkling wine to top off each glass
Sugar & cinnamon for the rim
DIRECTIONS:
Rim each glass with a lemon wedge, then dip rim into a cinnamon sugar mixture. Pour remaining ingredients (except the bubbles) into a cocktail shaker, and shake well! Pour into glasses, and top with sparkling wine. I prefer using a Cava so that it isn’t too sweet:) ENJOY!
Batch directions: the recipe above makes 2 cocktails. Proceed as directed, but pour into a pitcher, making only 2 at a time so that the cocktail is properly diluted and well mixed. Hold on adding bubbles until guests arrive. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
