How to Make a Smashburger at Home

Listen – I’ve always just watched my husband make these and I realized it was time I took a whack at it. I also have learned a thing or two since filming this. Things like: you only need to press on the burger really hard for a second then remove the burger press- you don’t need to leave your hand there to fry like I did, lol. AND I didn’t season it enough. Go to town on it with kosher salt and pepper. ANYWAYS – This is the perfect quick weeknight dinner that your whole family will love. Hey- if I can do it, you can do it.
