A. PITCHER. OF. WATERMELON. PALOMAS. Say less. ?This is a great one to make if you’re entertaining, but if you’re If making ahead of time, add everything to the pitcher EXCEPT for the sparkling water and ice. Save that for when you’re ready to serve up.

INGREDIENTS:
6 cups diced watermelon cubes
1 cup of FRESH grapefruit juice
2 cups Blanco Tequila
1 cup FRESH lime juice
1/2 cup simple syrup, optional
Sparkling water or grapefruit soda
Wedge of lime for rim and garnish
Sugar for rim
DIRECTIONS:
Blend the watermelon until smooth, then strain into a pitcher. Add in the freshly squeezed lime juice, grapefruit juice and tequila then give a good stir. If serving later, wrap the pitcher with plastic wrap and put into the fridge. When ready to serve, fill the pitcher with ice as well as cocktail glasses that you rim with sugar. Pour into each glass then top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge
