The Best Avocado Toast
Ingredients: Really good bread
Plain Goat cheese (chèvre)
Half of an avocado
EVOO Spicy Honey
Squeeze of a lemon
Maldon Salt
Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
If you don’t like goat what would be a good alternative?
I would use either ricotta cheese or even cream cheese!

This recipe has ruined all other avocado toast for me. It is absolutely the best! The flavor combinations are perfect. The only tiny change I made (because I was out of lemons) was to use the lemon infused olive oil from Olivier in Napa. (They have the best olive oils and aged balsamic vinegar!). It worked perfectly for this recipe. But because this recipe is so delicious, I kept making it until I ran out of my lemon olive oil. so I did end up trying it with lemon. It was delicious both ways. Thank you for an amazing recipe!
