Tequila sunshine in a glass. I experimented with a few different variations of this recipe, and different sparkling waters, too. Where I landed is kinda specific, but I’m telling you it is really delicious! I bought the San Pellegrino Pompelmo soda from Trader Joe’s and it’s perfect in this cocktail. Hope you enjoy!

COOK ALONG WITH A VIDEO:

INGREDIENTS:

2.5 ounces blanco tequila

2 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

1 ounce fresh lime juice

1/2 ounce agave nectar

San Pelligrino Pompelmo Sparkling Water

Sugar for the rim

DIRECTIONS:

First, rim a cocktail glass with sugar and fill with ice. Pour in tequila, grapefruit + lime juice, agave nectar and stir well. Top off with grapefruit sparkling water and enjoy!
