Listen, when the recipe comes straight from the queen, Ina Garten, you know it’s going to be delish. This one is light, flavorful, and comes together quickly for a healthy lunch or dinner at home. Full recipe below!

INGREDIENTS:

1 (2 LB)salmon filet

kosher salt + black pepper

1/4 cup good olive oil

2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 cup minced scallions

1/2 cup minced dill

1/2 cup minced parsley

1/4 cup dry white wine

lemon wedges

4 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT TO 425. Place salmon in a dish and season. Whisk together olive oil + lemon and drizzle over salmon to marinate for 15 minutes. Stir together herbs and scatter over the filet on both sides. Pour wine around the fish, as well as pads of butter and sliced olives. Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until desired cook. Take out and let rest for 10 minutes, serve with white wine and spoon some of that wine butter sauce over the top. Enjoy!
