Peach Simple Syrup✨🍑

So, you bought a bunch of peaches (like me), and they all ripened at the same time – and now you have a handful that are already on the way out? I’ve got you covered. There are a few things you can do with them, but one of my favorites is to make a Peach Simple Syrup. Why? Because you can make DELISH peach cocktails, sweet ice tea, desserts and more with it! 🍑✨ in fact I have a few recipes coming up this week that require it, so might as well try it. Easy and delicious. You know how we do it around here.

Peel your overripe peaches and cut them up

Pour equal parts water and sugar into a small saucepan and set on the burner over high heat

Put the peaches in and stir until sugar is dissolved

Take off the heat and pour + strain into an airtight container. It will keep for a week in the fridge! If you plan on making a cocktail right after, hold on to the leftover peach pieces in the strainer… we’re going to muddle those for a cocktail. 😉 stay tuned! 🍑
