THE BEST BLT ? ? ?
I’m sorry but if tomato juice isn’t running down your hand as you eat a BLT, you’re doing it wrong. ? Heirloom tomato SZN is my favorite, and here’s how I make my BLT. How do you make yours?! Let me know in the comments!
Directions:
1) pan fry bacon
2) Sourdough slices toasted in bacon grease + Mayo.
3) dress chopped romaine lettuce in lemon juice + evoo + flaky salt and pepper
4) heirloom tomato slices also sprinkled with flaky salt + pepper
5) sourdough slices slathered in the perfect ratio of Mayo
6) tomato first, then lettuce, then bacon
