DIJON + HERB VINAIGRETTE ?

I could drink this dressing. It’s light, flavorful and downright delicious. It went perfectly with my Greek chickpea everything-but-the-kitchen-sink salad. The recipe is below, but as always, season to taste. Ps, have you had the Trader Joe’s chickpeas?? OMG. I’m obsessed.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup really good EVOO
Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, grated with a microplane
1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
1 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
1 tsp maldon salt
Black pepper
1.5 tsp hot honey

ADD THE VIDEO

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients together, and whisk up. Season with salt and pepper to taste! Drizzle over your favorite salad!
