INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces spiced apple cider (I get mine from Trader Joe’s!)
1.5 ounce Aperol
3 ounces Prosecco or any sparkling wine
Club Soda
Apple slice for garnish
Fresh thyme for garnish
Star Anise for garnish
