Bourbon Cider-Tini ๐๐ธ๐
FALL- in – a – glass, and Iโm SO ready. ๐ This Bourbon cocktail is delicious, festive, not too sweet and easy to make. The best part is it comes together quickly & you can make in big batches. Need it to be a mocktail? Just omit the bourbon and itโs still really yummy. Recipe is below. Buckle up for holiday cocktail szn – itโs gonna be a good one this year. ๐คฉ
INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces Apple Cider (I used Trader Joeโs spiced cider)
2.5 ounces Bourbon
1 ounce fresh Lemon Juice + lemon wedge to rim glass
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon + more for the sugar cinnamon plate
2 tbsp of Granulated sugar for rim plate
1-2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
1-2 Cinnamon sticks
1-2 Apple slices
DIRECTIONS:
Rub lemon wedge around the martini or cocktail glass until weโll coated. Then, dip the edges in a shallow plate of the sugar + cinnamon mixture.
Pour apple cider, lemon juice, bourbon and ground cinnamon into a cocktail shaker full of ice. SHAKE LIKE IT WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE. This is how you get the ice chips and froth, and also incorporate all of the cinnamon throughout the cocktail.
Pour into martini glass and garnish with cinnamon stick, rosemary and apple.
