CRANBERRY PEPPER JELLY CREAM CHEESE WITH CANDIED JALAPEÑOS

For the last several years, my FIL Bill (the real star, let’s be honest), makes this app – and I just about eat the entire thing myself. I watched him make it this year, and when I saw that it’s a true “Five Min Appetizer,” I knew I had to show y’all. Now, we all know the class app where you just spoon pepper jelly over cream cheese – but this is an elevated version. With just a few tweaks, it is even better.

INGREDIENTS:

Room temp cream cheese

5 ounces pepper jelly

5 ounces cranberry sauce

Candied Jalapeño slices

DIRECTIONS:

Place room temp cheese on your plate, and using the back of your spoon, spread it out in a swirling motion.

In a bowl, combine pepper jelly and cranberry sauce.

Spoon that over the top of the cream cheese and top with candied jalapeños.

Serve with your favorite crackers!
