STEAK CROSTINI

The perfect heavy app to serve this NYE. The best part is, I used leftover steak to make these and already had creamy horseradish sauce made in the fridge. Every component can be made ahead of time, and assembled right before your guests arrive!

INGREDIENTS:
French baguette
Bite size steak pieces
Flaky Salt
Creamy Horseradish Sauce (recipe on reverse prime rib reel)
Green onion
Parmesan
Black pepper
EVOO

DIRECTIONS:
First, make the crostinis. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Drizzle with olive oil + sprinkle with salt and bake for 10 min or until browned. Take out and place a piece of steak on top. Grate some fresh parm over the steak, pop in the broiler for a minute or two, then a dollop of creamy horseradish. Finely chop up green onion or chives, and sprinkle on top. Finish with cracked black pepper and serve!
