Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Ingredients
- 1 cup half and half or milk – but I like the extra cream lol
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup or less if you don’t want it sweet
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a whisk. Let heat through. It should come to just a light boil, about 5 minutes or so then take off the heat
- Let completely cool and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated!
- Pro tip: use a milk frother to mix in with your coffee
- *PS, every time you go to use some, give a little shake, as some of the ingredients will settle to the bottom
