Pumpkin Spice Creamer

  • 1 cup half and half (or milk – but I like the extra cream lol)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup (or less if you don’t want it sweet)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a whisk. Let heat through. It should come to just a light boil, about 5 minutes or so then take off the heat

  2. Let completely cool and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated!
  3. Pro tip: use a milk frother to mix in with your coffee

  4. *PS, every time you go to use some, give a little shake, as some of the ingredients will settle to the bottom
