Cocktails

There’s something about that first 70-degree day that demands a spritz. Windows flung open, French jazz playing in the background, and me, sitting on my patio in Nashville but fully pretending I’m somewhere in the South of France, surrounded by lavender fields and linen everything. The drink in my hand? My Spring Lillet Spritz made with Lillet, St-Germain, and just enough bubbles to make it feel like vacation.

This cocktail is bright, floral, citrusy, and dangerously easy to make. It’s the kind of thing you serve at a casual dinner party where the dress code is “effortless French girl,” and the menu is all baguette and brie. You need this drink in your spring rotation.
