Festive, Delicious…and a little sexy.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Pomegranate Juice
- 2 ounces Dry Gin, I used monkey 47
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
Method
- Make the rosemary simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and water, bringing it to a simmer in a small pot until sugar is dissolved and take off of the heat
- Throw a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in and place the lid on to steep for 30 minutes
- After this – You can store it in an airtight container for a week in the fridge – so can make ahead of time
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake like it’ll save your life
- Pour into your glass, and garnish with a rosemary sprig
