BILL’S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

My Father In Law, Bill, is the BEST cook. Every time we come into town the spreads are insane. In fact, Chris definitely takes after his Dad.

Anyways, for the past 8-9 years, every time we come visit, Bill makes this breakfast casserole, and it’s my FAVORITE. I eat it periodically throughout the day actually. ? He is sharing the recipe with us! Woop. It’s perfect to serve a crowd (the recipe serves 12) and reheats like a dream. So honestly this is the ultimate hosting breakfast and it’s so delicious.
