THE. BEST. salad. dressing. When I tell you this is the only salad dressing recipe you’ll ever need, I mean it. If anything can make me crave a salad, it’s this dressing. It’s bright, packed with flavor, and so versatile that, as my friend Kelly puts it, “You could eat it with a tire, it’s so good.”

Why You’ll Love This Dressing:

  • Bursting with Flavor: A perfect balance of tangy, savory, and slightly sweet.
  • Versatile: Drizzle it over greens, use it as a marinade, or even as a dipping sauce.
  • Easy to Make: Just a few simple ingredients come together in minutes.
  • Keeps Well: Store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!

Once you try this, you’ll never go back to store-bought dressings. It’s that good. So grab a jar, whip up a batch, and get ready to make every salad (or meal) shine!
Let me know in the comments how you use this dressing—because trust me, you’ll want to put it on everything! Note: this makes a nice big batch that will last in a sealed container in your refrigerator up to a week.
