It’s creamy, it’s dreamy… it’s Chris’ Espresso Martini and I love it so much. This is NOT a traditional espresso martini, but I have found that I prefer this way. For those of you who enjoy a bit stronger espresso flavor in your Tinis, Chris says to omit the Baileys and keep everything else the same. Cheers 🍸


2 oz Belvedere Vodka
1 oz of espresso (slightly cooled)
.75 oz Kahlua
.75 oz Bailey’s
.25 simple syrup
3 coffee beans for garnish


Pour vodka, Bailey’s, Kahlua, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker full of ice.

Pull your espresso shot and let slightly cool for a minute.

Pour into the cocktail shaker and shake shake shake shake.

Pour into a martini glass, and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
