These are dangerously good. Kettle chips tossed in garlic butter, herbs, Parm, and a hit of garlic powder for extra drama. They stay crispy, taste like garlic bread, and take 5 minutes. A power move for your next dinner party or you know…a Thursday night in your sweats on your couch.
Ingredients
- 1 (7.5 oz) bag of kettle-style potato chips
- 3 tbsp salted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Parmesan , finely grated, plus more for serving
- cracked black pepper
- pinch of flaky salt, if desired
Method
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and cook 30–60 seconds until just fragrant.
- Remove from heat, stir in garlic powder, herbs, and black pepper.
- Working in 2 batches, drizzle garlic butter over chips in a large bowl, tossing gently. Sprinkle in Parmesan after tossing so it clings to the buttered chips.
- Top with more Parm, herbs, and flaky salt if you’re feeling fancy. Serve immediately while crisp!
