Ingredients: 1 cup half and half (or milk - but I like the extra cream lol); 1/2 cup heavy cream; 4 tbsp pumpkin purée; 1.5 tbsp maple syrup (or less if you don’t want it sweet); 1 tsp vanilla; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 tsp ground clove

Ingredients

1 cup half and half, or milk – but I like the extra cream lol
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp pumpkin purée
1.5 tbsp maple syrup, or less if you don’t want it sweet
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground clove

Method

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a whisk. Let heat through. It should come to just a light boil, about 5 minutes or so then take off the heat
Let completely cool and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated!
Pro tip: use a milk frother to mix in with your coffee
*PS, every time you go to use some, give a little shake, as some of the ingredients will settle to the bottom
